P. Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), *758rendered February 26, 1988, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree (two counts) and burglary in the first degree (two counts).
