Evan and Barbara Olson (the Olsons) appeal from a judgment entered after the trial court adjudicated three causes of action against them in a bench trial and granted respondent Six Rivers National Bank (Six Rivers) summary judgment on the remaining two causes of action. The Olsons alleged that a customer of Six Rivers had fraudulently induced them to take out a loan from Six Rivers for the purpose of investing in the customer’s company, which subsequently declared bankruptcy.
