Appellant, Richard Michael Reckart, appeals his conviction for continuous sexual abuse of a young child, a first-degree felony. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 21.02 (Vernon Supp.2009). Reckart was sentenced to thirty years’ imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice— Institutional Division and was assessed court costs.
