OPINION
ENSLEN, District Judge.
Defendant in this case is charged with one count of receipt of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(h), and five counts of receipt and possession of firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C.App. § 1202(a)(1). On August 1, 1983 his newly appointed attorneys filed several motions on Defendant’s behalf, and a hearing was held on August 16. At that time, Defendant requested that *295the Court first take up his motion for disclosure of grand jury transcripts, and after oral argument on that question the Court ordered the Government to produce the transcripts for in camera…
