DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas. The undisputed facts underlying appellants' assignments of error are as follows.

{¶ 2} Plaintiff-appellee, Camp-Out, Inc., ("Camp-Out"), which sells campers, camping accessories, and truck accessories, is a New Jersey corporation licensed to conduct business in the state of Ohio.
