Jewell Williamson appeals from a final order entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri, adopting the report and recommendations of the United States Magistrate Judge 2 to deny his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1982).
