Appeal from a judgment of the Albany County Court, rendered June 22, 1977, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal possession of stolen property in the first degree, forgery in the second degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and sentencing him to three concurrent indeterminate terms of two and one-third to seven years.
