Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Harris, J.), rendered June 18, 1981, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree. Defendant was charged with burglary, second degree, and grand larceny, second degree. He moved to suppress evidence seized from him and a statement made, as well as identification testimony, on the ground his constitutional rights had been violated.
