MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL, Senior District Judge.

Defendant Ownby plead guilty to three counts of a sixteen count indictment charging him with engaging in conduct involving the sexual exploitation of minors, all in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252. 1 Pursuant to a plea agreement entered into by the parties, the United States moved to dismiss all of the remaining counts contained in the indictment save for Count Sixteen which seeks the criminal forfeiture, under 18 U.S.C. § 2253, of certain personal and real property belonging to the defendant, including various computer equipment and the…
