The Interstate Commerce Commission brought this action against A. W. Stickle & Company to enjoin it from transporting or holding itself out to transport property for the general public in interstate commerce by motor vehicle for compensation and from transporting or holding itself out to transport property in interstate commerce by motor vehicle for compensation on public highways under individual contracts or agreements and not for the general public and from engaging in interstate commerce as a common carrier or a contract carrier by motor vehicle, unless and until…
