DECISION

Beverly Haviland (Plaintiff or Haviland), a Senior Lecturer in the Department of American Civilization at Brown University, has filed a three count complaint against Brown University (Defendant or Brown or the University) and its current President, Ruth Simmons (President Simmons) regarding her employment.1 Count I alleges a breach of an employment agreement between Plaintiff and Brown.
