OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Eric Thomas, appeals from a Jefferson County Common Pleas Court judgment convicting him of aggravated burglary, kidnapping, and sexual imposition following his guilty plea.

{¶ 2} On August 2, 2006, a Jefferson County grand jury indicted appellant on one count of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony in violation of R.C. 2911.11(A)(1), one count of rape, a first-degree felony in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2), and one count of kidnapping, a first-degree felony in violation of R.C. 2905.01(A)(4).
