I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Objection to the Debtors’ Homestead Exemption. The Court heard the Trustee’s Objection, as well as two other Motions on July 20, 2004. At the hearing, the Court granted the Debtors’ Motion to Amend Schedules A, C, I and J of Their Petition, through which they sought permission to amend Schedule C-Property Claimed as Exempt to claim the Massachusetts homestead exemption.
