Appeals from orders denying alternative motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdicts or for a new trial.

Separate actions were originally commenced by each of the plaintiffs against the city of South St. Paul, a municipal corpora tion, and the other defendants, who constitute the South St. Paul board of aeronautics and the manager of the airport here involved. The issues are the same in both cases, and they were tried together. Similarly, they have been considered together here.
