Defendant Juan De la Cruz Bravo-Morante was indicted on charges of illegal reentry into the United States in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326. On August 3, 2018, Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge. Defendant now requests this court to grant his Motion to Withdraw the Guilty Plea, Motion for Leave, and Motion to Dismiss the Indictment. (Dkt. No. 29).
