This action was commenced by Jayne Taliarino as general guardian of her three minor children, Barbara, Paula, and Scott Dowell, under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, Title 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), for review of a decision rendered on December 6, 1956 by the Appeals Council, Social Security Administration affirming a prior decision by a referee that plaintiffs were not entitled to child’s insurance benefits by reason of the death of their father, Paul W.
