In this diversity case, Shalland Jones sued Peter Griffey for injuries that occurred when then respective vehicles collided as Mr. Griffey was turning left off of Berry Hill Road in Smithfield, Virginia. Following trial, the jury found in favor of Mr. Griffey. Ms. Jones timely appealed. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
