MEMORANDUM RULING ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT BASED UPON A PLEA OF PRESCRIPTION

This is a diversity action involving an accident which occurred in Cameron, Louisiana on December 5,1975 allegedly resulting in serious leg injuries to the plaintiff caused by the fall of a large pipe.
