Appellant Michael Henderson was found guilty of capital murder for the shooting death of Billy Little; attempted capital murder of the victim’s brother, Arley Lithe; and aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole for capital murder.1 He appeals on grounds of (1) insufficiency of the evidence; (2) trial court error in not suppressing his statement to police officers; and (3) trial court error in allowing hearsay statements from an uncharged co-conspirator.
