This is an appeal by a husband from a judgment in a domestic relations suit begun by the filing of a complaint by the wife seeking a decree of absolute divorce on the ground of separation for one year without cohabitation, D.C.Code § 16-904(a)(2) (1981), and other relief. The husband, with leave of court, filed a cross-complaint and counterclaim. The matter was tried on September 4 and 5, 1985.
