JONES, JUDGE:

Following a jury trial in Hardin Circuit Court, the Appellant, Tyrice Adams, was found guilty of the following offenses: (1) first-degree fleeing or evading police; (2) operating a motor vehicle while under the *586influence of alcohol or other substance that impairs driving ability; and (3) first-degree wanton endangerment. The Hardin Circuit Court entered a judgment of conviction consistent with the jury's verdict and sentenced Adams to serve a maximum sentence of six years.
