UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT MIDDLE DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA LISA CAUSER, ET AL CIVIL ACTION VERSUS 18-779-SDD-RLB SHERIFF JASON ARD, ET AL RULING This matter is before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6)1 filed by Defendant, Deputy Cory Winburn (“Deputy Winburn”).
