This action was commenced in the district court of Tillman counts’-, Okla., on the 11th day of February, 1918, by John Fondren and Frank Fondren, a co-partnership, doing business under the style and firm name of Fondren Brothers, defendants in error, plaintiffs below, against John West, plaintiff in error, defendant below. to recover the sum of $675, alleged to be due them as commission on the sale of a certain farm, located in Tillman county, Okla., belonging to the plaintiff in error. The parties will be hereinafter referred to as they appeared in the court below.
