People v. United Medical Service, Inc.

The Attorney General of the State of his own accord filed a verified petition in the superior court of Cook county for leave to file an information in the nature of a quo zvarranto to require United Medical Service, Inc., a domestic corporation, to show by what warrant it holds a franchise to practice medicine or any of its branches or any system of treating human ailments.
