Vaughn Ehret appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the Northern District of Iowa upon his guilty plea, pursuant to a plea agreement, to distribution of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), 18 U.S.C. § 2, conspiracy to distribute marijuana and cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and witness harassment in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c).
