The dispositive issue in this certified appeal is whether the prosecutor’s disclosure to the judge in a bench trial of the existence of a part B information so tainted the entire trial as to require that the judgment of conviction be reversed. The state appeals from the judgment of the Appellate Court reversing the defendant’s conviction of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of General Statutes § 14-227a (a) (1).
