The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendants.1 The trial court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss counts one and three of the plaintiffs four count *482amended complaint and, subsequently, granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment on the remaining two counts. The plaintiff claims that the trial court’s rulings were improper.2 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
