[T1] Bryan Humphrey ("Husband") challenges a division of property ordered by the district court in his divorcee action against Debra Humphrey ("Wife"). Husband claims that the district court erred when it considered the value of Husband's interest in a family business for purposes of dividing property because it is only an expectancy interest that may not come into being.
