Before the Court is Defendants’ The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Giant Industries, Inc. Group Long Term Disability Policy Motion for Summary Judgment, or in the alternative, Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 58). Also pending is Plaintiff Richard Horton’s Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 66).
