ROBERTS, Judge.
February 17, 1926, defendants executed and delivered to plaintiffs their promissory note for $4,000 payable August 1, 1926. The note bears five endorsements of payments between the dates of December 3, 1931 and February 20, 1943. Action was commenced on June 25, 1943. The trial court granted the motion of defendant Ethel E. Kielman for a directed verdict on the ground that as to her the action was barred by the six year statute of limitations (SDC 33.0232), and from the judgment entered thereon plaintiffs have appealed.
