This appeal challenges the validity of an order holding the defendant in civil contempt for collecting rental payments in violation of a rent receivership. The plaintiff, Hartford Federal Savings and Loan *3Association, brought mortgage foreclosure proceedings concerning four properties in Hartford against the defendant, Stanley V. Tucker.
