The North Fort Worth Ice Company, a corporation, filed an application for injunction against Frank Bettinger, seeking to enjoin him from soliciting, selling, delivering, or furnishing ice, directly or indirectly, either for himself or as the agent for any person, firm, corporation, or association, within a certain territory and prescribed route, for a period of one year from the date when said Frank Bettinger ceased to work for the petitioner, to wit, on September 17, 1925.
