Miguel Rodriguez seeks review of the decision of the Third District Court of Appeal in Rodriguez v. State, 129 So.3d 1135 (Fla. 3d DCA 2013), on the ground that it expressly and directly conflicts with decisions of this Court and the district courts of appeal on the application of the inevitable discovery doctrine. See Fitzpatrick v. State, 900 So.2d 495 (Fla.2005); Moody v. State, 842 So.2d 754 (Fla.2003); Jeffries v. State, 797 So.2d 573 (Fla.2001); Maulden v. State, 617 So.2d 298 (Fla. 1993).
