—In an action, inter alia, pursuant to RPAPL article 15 to determine ownership of certain real property located in the City of Yonkers, the defendants Frank J. Bellino and Bellex Excavating, Inc., appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Wood, J.), entered October 5, 1989, as denied their cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
