Georgia Power Company filed a petition for declaratory judgment and injunctive relief against several Dawson County property owners, including appellants Barry E. Bearden, Linda P. Bearden, William R. Green, James A. Green, III, Ann Green Moseley, Susan Richards, Wanda Stephens, and Don Stephens (the “Property Owners”).
