" This is an application for a preliminary injunction, the complainants being all of the members of Local Union 1787 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, and the suit is brought against the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, a national union of carpenters and joiners, and, succinctly stated, the bill prays for a decree restoring the complainants to full membership rights in the defendant association, alleging an illegal suspension therefrom, and also prays an injunction restraining the defendants from boycotting any of the…
