GOLDBERG, Circuit Judge:
This is a petition for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued against Bob’s Casing Crews, Inc., and a cross-application for enforcement of the Board’s order. The petitioner requests this Court to set aside the Board’s order, alleging (1) an absence of substantial evidence supporting findings of the Trial Examiner and the Board, (2) a misinterpretation of Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, and (3) diverse procedural errors.
