|,Appellant Sue Gregory appeals the trial court’s decision ordering forfeiture of a scanner, camera, and computer that had been seized during a search of Gregory’s property eight years prior to the forfeiture hearing. Gregory argues on appeal that (1) there was insufficient evidence to support the trial court’s decision because the statute in question, Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-505, does not apply to property such as computers, cameras, and scanners, and the State did not offer any evidence that the seized items were used in drug-related activity; and (2) the trial court erred…
