This is an ■ original proceeding in prohibition against Honorable John W. Joynt, a judge of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. On November 30, 1936, one' Sid O. Martin ’filed a petition in that court asking for a temporary restraining order and also that a hearing be had and thereafter a permanent injunction be issued against the members of the Board of Police Commissioners of the City of St. Louis and members of the Poliee Department.
