Appeal from Civil District Court, Parish of Orleans; Porter Parker, Judge. In the matter of the succession of Eugene Lacosst. Action by Mrs. Jeanne Le-pine Lacosst against Emile Pomes, testamentary executor, and others. On the death of plaintiff, Berthe Lacosst I-Ieinisch was substituted as plaintiff. From a judgment in favor of the defendants rejecting plaintiff’s demands, she appeals.

Eug&ne Laeosst died in New Orleans on the 28th of March, 1915, leaving an estate, consisting of both real and personal property, valued at $187,228.

He left an olographic will, written in the French language, dated the 27th of June, 1914, disposing of all his property. He bequeathed to his mother the sum of $1,000 and the usufruct during her lifetime of the property No. 937 St. Louis street, in New Orleans. He gave special legacies of sums of money and of property to several individuals, his collection of bronze and marble statuary and an antique mirror to the Delgado Museum of Art, and…
