HARRIS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the Tenth Judicial Circuit denying appellant’s discharge in a habeas corpus proceeding. This case was argued and submitted in this Court on May 23, 1972.

Appellant was arrested by the Sheriff of Jefferson County upon a rendition warrant issued by the Governor of Alabama ordering her return to the State of Maryland to answer an indictment charging her with the crime of forgery, uttering, larceny after trust. The Sheriff’s Return states that petitioner was being held under authority of a duly executed rendition warrant of this State…
