McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Maurice Lynell Smith appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota, upon a jury verdict, finding him guilty of two counts of bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a) (West Supp.1992). The district court sentenced Smith to 87 months imprisonment concurrently on each count, three years supervised release, and a special assessment of $100.00.
