Court of Appeals of North Carolina
1Opinion of the Court
MARTIN, Judge.
Plaintiff brought this civil action seeking a writ of mandamus to compel defendants to perform duties allegedly required of them by statute. Upon motion of defendants made pursuant to G.S. 1A-1, Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6), the trial court entered judgment dismissing the action. Plaintiffs petition for writ of cer-tiorari to review the judgment was granted by this Court. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
