Allina and Meter Treat-er, Inc.’s (collectively Meter Treater) infringement suit against L.E.A. Dynatech, Inc. (LEA). L.E.A. Dynatech, Inc. v. Allina, No. 91-CV-219, Order (M.D.Fla.
