Suit by Ellen Palmquist, a single woman against Ivan H. Johnson and wife and John L. Patten, for cancellation of two tax deeds wherein John L. Patten filed a counterclaim. From a decree dismissing the bill of complaint, the plaintiff appeals.

Decree reversed with directions. It appears by the record in this cause that Christine Palmquist and husband, C.V. Palmquist, in 1902 or 1903, acquired title to some thirty-five acres of described farm land located near the Town of Hallendale, Dade County, Florida.
