This proceeding in error is brought to reverse the judgment rendered by the Cuyahoga common pleas court in behalf of the plaintiff in an action of ejectment begun by the city of Cleveland, under favor of R. S. 5781 (Gen. Code 11903), to recover possession from divers railroad companies, defendants *485below, of the greater part of a street on the lake front between the Cuyahoga river and the Union Station in said city.
