[¶ 1] Llewellyn P.H. Aden appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Fntzsche, J.) in favor of her sister, Elizabeth M. Hutz, in Hutz’s action for the equitable partition of real estate. Aden argues that the court erred in granting Hutz a summary judgment and in ordering the sale of properties that she and Hutz own as tenants in common. Aden also argues that the court abused its discretion when it denied her motion to extend time to designate an expert witness. Concluding that there are genuine disputes of material fact involved, we vacate the summary judgment…
