F. B. Miller Agency, Inc., hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, instituted in the circuit court of Marion county its action of trespass on the case against 11 insurance companies and 11 individuals. With the exception of defendant John O. Bolin, all the individuals were alleged to be the State or special agents, respectively, of said companies. Bolin was the purchaser of the property which was the subject of this controversy. At the conclusion of all the evidence, plaintiff dismissed as to Bolin and certain other individual defendants.
