No error appears in the ruling of the court excluding the following question and the answer thereto (the question being propounded to the assistant manager of the defendant company while upon the witness stand) : “Where.was he the last time you heard of him?” (referring to one Dorman who, the defendant alleged, .had, with others present, heard the plaintiff admit, shortly after the accident, that his injuries were due to his own fault). .
