Plaintiff is seeking by proceedings supplementary to garnishment to collect a judgment against defendant. The trial without a jury resulted in findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order for judgment in favor of plaintiff. The garnishees appeal from the order denying their alternative motion for amended findings or a new trial.
